About VIP
VIP was started by 3 partners in 1976 and in 1981 Darrell Ellis took over the firm. Traditionally a full service Real Estate firm, we proudly serve the needs of our clientele by helping them buy, sell and lease Real Estate, also managing income properties for our investor clientele. In 1994 Len & Deborah Moore, relatives of Mr. Ellis, purchased the firm and in 1999 they incorporated, continuing to expand the business and reach out to the local community. Len and Deborah are the sole stockholders of the firm.
Len Moore, President of VIP and his wife Deborah, CFO have 48 years of full-time, combined Real Estate brokerage experience. Darrell, Deborah’s father, is Vice President and has been a licensed Realtor since 1971. The employees of VIP are all family members at this time and Real Estate investors as well. All officers of our corporation are California natives and long time Peninsula residents.
Len Moore is in charge of business development and marketing of the firm’s listings for sale and for lease. With 24 years of full-time Real Estate experience, Len has capably helped clients buy, sell, exchange, lease and manage Real Estate all over the Peninsula. Sales range from the smallest condo to multi-unit apartment buildings as well as commercial properties. Len has also capably helped clients facilitate tax deferred exchanges of income properties, a well known tax saving strategy.
Deborah Moore is CFO and office manager, masterfully overseeing our finances and office procedures. She holds the company together with a strong background in customer service, bookkeeping and finance. Deborah and Len have kept our independent family owned firm together and profitable through several economic downturns. THEY WILL capably guide the firm through the current recession and beyond.
Brandon Moore is Len and Deborah’s youngest son. He helps manage the needs of property owners and tenants regarding maintenance and general customer service.
Melissa Holden, our daughter helps Deborah with general office management and book keeping.
Dallas is just beginning his employment and is able to chip in where ever we need him. He is willing and able to help with most any situation.
